A classic Victorian (1850) detached villa set in a quiet leafy crescent in a desirable residential area. Convenient for Edinburgh's many attractions and the city centre(1.25 miles). Main bus route 50 metres round corner with 8 bus services to centre. 20/25 minute walk to centre.

Mid-way between the two main campuses of Edinburgh University and adjacent to Holyrood Park, Arthur's Seat, and EU Pollock Halls of Residence and many of the main University residential areas. We are also convenient for the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, the Royal Hospital for Sick Children, and the Edinburgh Synagogue and Mosque.
