A classic Victorian (1850) detached villa set in a quiet leafy crescent in a desirable residential area. Convenient for Edinburgh's many attractions and the city centre(1.25 miles). Main bus route 50 metres round corner with 8 bus services to centre. 20/25 minute walk to centre.

Mid-way between the two main campuses of Edinburgh University and adjacent to Holyrood Park, Arthur's Seat, and EU Pollock Halls of Residence and many of the main University residential areas.
