A classic Victorian (1850) detached villa set in a quiet leafy crescent in a desirable residential area. Convenient for Edinburgh's many attractions and the city centre(1.25 miles). Main bus route 50 metres round corner with 8 bus services to centre. 20/25 minute walk to centre.

We are also convenient for the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, the Royal Hospital for Sick Children, and the Edinburgh Synagogue and Mosque. The house is set in a conservation area (Waverley Park) of similar imposing Victorian properties and has the use of the local locked communal private gardens with a key available to guests. There are seating areas for Guests in our attractive front gardens.
